Wants to teach mathematics- can't math to save life

“Can’t math to save life”- obviously can’t english either. I want to teach math! I want to inspire young people and show them it’s something they shouldn’t be afraid of! The highest grade I’ve ever gotten in the maths is a solid 50 though. Trig is a struggle. So was everything else. But summer school has treated me well, so no complaints. But we must have strength in hard times! Obviously, I have no talent at math- but that’s okay it’s work ethic that counts toward life. Buuut I don’t really have that either sooooooo…but that’s something within my grasp, yes? Building my self up to the point where I have this ‘work ethic’? It shall be done!

Illuminate me as to the ways of the teacherhood and the path to mathness…

Thank you in advance.
