<p>From the practice tests I took at prep classes, I was able to get a 780 on Writing for 5 wrong, 0 omitted, and a 12 essay. I was able to get an 800 for 4 wrong, 0 omitted, and a 12 essay. But if I apply the same result to the March SAT, I’d get something like 700-720. So I hope that the March SAT’s Writing MC was extremely easy compared to most practice tests out there. For those of you who regularly scored highly on Writing, how was the March test? Please say extremely easy.</p>

<p>If you’re worried about it, just go straight through the blue CollegeBoard book like I did. I was so sure of every answer. It was like my second nature. I missed two of them (I answered them all) and got a 10 on my essay for a clean 770.</p>

<p>i wished it was harder, lol. the curve was brutal, i don’t think i considered the “e” answer choice as much as I should have and wound up with 710 for 5 wrong and 10 essay</p>
<p>i thought it was horribly hard and i had crashed and burned. when i got my scores though, i’d only gotten one wrong. doesn’t make sense to me. :rolleyes:</p>

<p>The multiple choice writing section was the worst part for both S and my niece. They both scored much lower than on the other sections, and had a 10 and an 11 respectively on the essay.</p>
<p>really? mm. I thought it was pretty okay. I got a 12 on the essay and I only missed 1 on the MC. When I practiced with the blue book I usually got 2-5 wrong each time… so maybe I was just lucky… I dont know.</p>

<p>11 essay, -5MC (70) somehow got me a 730</p>
<p>I got a 760 with 11 and 73 MC.</p>

<p>Yeah, the MC seems to matter more than the essay, which is good because I wouldn’t want the bulk of my score to be determined by a ugh, human.</p>
<p>I think it sort of evens out though, because II have heard that colleges might look at the sat essays which will be included with the score report</p>
<p>I thought that I would get a much lower score cause I thought my essay was pretty bad after I wrote it (like alot of others felt). I thought the MC was normal though and I did pretty well.</p>
