Was there a new "wave" of USC acceptances?

<p>I’m not applying to USC, but according to one of my friends(a current USC junior):
There are approximately 3~4 “waves” starting from 1.15 till mid-March, and the rest of the results will come out in April;
Acceptances with scholarships are usually sent during late-Jan to the end of Feb, relatively fewer come in March;
Lots of admissions without scholarship come out on 4.1</p>

<p>–but this is the case with international students anyway…as to domestic students, it’s generally similar though I’m not sure if there’s any difference.</p>
