Was this professor trying to teach about business exposures?

I have not read the article and do not know if it mentions this, but I bet that the video evidence is already on YouTube.

How gross…

Don’t see anything on youtube, and hadn’t heard of any student filming on their phone or anything. The photo in the article linked is pretty creepy…

I find myself wondering if he has developed some sort of physical or mental illness, or early-onset Alzheimer’s. It’s hard to imagine a 57-year-old doing this for the first time unless something is seriously wrong.

This tv station (wsb TV Atlanta) has a link to the story, and film clip of their brief interview with him at his home. [Daily News in Atlanta, Dekalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Cherokee, Barrow, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb County, Coweta, Fayette, Forsyth, Hall, Henry, Rockdale, Walker and Walton County - WSB-TV](<a href=“WSB-TV Channel 2 - Atlanta”>WSB-TV Channel 2 - Atlanta)

My vote is for Alzheimers, or he’s bipolar and stopped taking his meds. I see it as sad; mental illness can affect anyone.

jym - I was kidding about videos. I’m sure even if someone had a video phone, they were probably too shocked to start filmng. I agree that there is more to the story - a mental ilness sounds like the right guess.

Speaking of business exposures… A friend told me that after their co’s CEO’s misterious departure all solid doors in the executives’ offices were replaced with glass doors. Rumors were that there were some “business exposures” going on in one of the offices

Actually, its quite likely that if someone had a video it might have ended up on youtube, assuming they filmed before he was totally without clothes.

In an updated news clip this evening, a student said that the prof. had told the students to close their eyes, and then was in a speedo. Unclear if this was a separate incident from the total stripdown, or all part of the one event. Someone suggested that it was somehow related (a bad joke gone awry??) to the students rating the professor at the end of the course (this was the last class of the semester). At any event, it was bizarre and the guy has been stripped of all affiliation wit the university. He was only 57 ( though looks much older). No indication that he had any kind of dementia process. All very odd…

Hard to believe he’s only 57. I’m 55, and don’t look like I’m 25, but he looks like he could be my father.

Looks like he has let lots of his skin get too much sun exposure ;)
