Was able to log in. Seems like anyone with an admission file can register.
I think being able to log into the previous link is a better sign of acceptance. The latter might be a glitch they haven’t yet fixed!
What time do decisions come out today?
it is geared toward the top 10%. My kid got it last year but ended up at another school.
When you essentially eliminate the ED applicants, not sure you can say it’s the top 10%.

Oh good lord, it is not just the top 10%! The scholarship is designed to attract kids that align strongly with the school’s institutional needs. So, strong leaders, kids that bring diversity, and academic superstars, among others.
