<p>mike- there are a few random freshmen floors that end up with a single, modern and traditional.</p>

<p>I know someone who requested a triple and ended up with a single.</p>

<p>Yeah, I didn’t like how you could choose a food plan, but then when it came to housing you have to agree to pay any price…it’d be okay if they were in the same range, but they’re not at all!</p>

<p>However, I am confident that if a family told housing that paying the extra would be a hardship, they would arrange something. As you correctly point out prnicessbell, there is actually a pretty significant difference between some of the room costs, especially with a single.</p>
