Watch "Glee"

That’s the thing with the parents of my D’s friend, too…I’m sure they’ve never watched it.

Some of Sue Sylvester’s punch lines last night were priceless…of course, I have forgotten them all today…should have posted last night…anyone remember?

I saw the one with the gel posted above and I acutally remember the one when she cut off the kids hair and said she was going to “donate it to Katrina Victims to plug up the holes in their trailers” (which even my daughter thought was really politically incorrect)…
There were a couple of others…

Loved seeing Idina Menzel, but I kept waiting to hear her sing.

Jane Lynch just keeps getting better and better.

teriwtt - Thank you for the information on the show choirs here in SoCal. It is not something you see much of where we are from. I told D about the competition this weekend in San Diego and she was bummed as we will be out of town on Saturday visiting a school as she is still trying to make her final decision on where to attend.

^^^^ yes, I know! Hope it’s a good trip.

Rodney, remember this?

“I’m not going to be burying any hatchets…unless I get a clear shot to your groin.”

“Did you know that dolphins are just gay sharks?”

I don’t watch Glee. But showmom, we don’t have showchoirs in our region either (live in Vermont). I had heard of showchoirs in other regions like the midwest and a few other places and imagine my kid may have enjoyed that (she is a MT kid as you know). While she was in a capella in college, that is very different than showchoir. She was once in a musical theater cabaret with Lea Michele at theater camp when younger though!

teriwtt…now I remember the other one…
“she looks like Pippy Longstocking…but ya know, Israeli”

So if you like Glee, check out this amazing admissions video produced primarily by current and former University of Delaware students. It is a Glee-style musical production that extols the virtues of attending UD. It’s a real treat.

That was a great episode of Glee. I especially liked the Doors song “Hello I Love You”. :)

[The Doors on Glee](http://www.examiner.com/x-21763-The-Doors-Examiner~y2010m4d14-The-Doors-on-Glee)

Except that Finn seemed too innocent to be singing The Doors.

That train left the station, so to speak, a long time ago. For months he believed that he’d impregnated a girl simply by being in the same hot tub. The quality of writing, or lack of same, is what will eventually kill this show.

Ha! My daughter’s show choir did Express Yourself one year… just a little bit differently (aka public school appropriate)

OK… I just forgot how many Madonna songs D’s show choir did over the years, so I won’t keep listing them (but the medley had another three).

It wasn’t show choir unless there was a Madonna song.

Never was a big Madonna fan but really enjoyed the show last night.

I enjoyed the musical numbers ( and loved the dancing by the “Cheerios”) , but didn’t like the plot too much.

I wasn’t thrilled with the show. Almost turned it off, but had planned my hour of quilting so stuck it out. Not crazy about Madonna, and found the plot predictable and squirmy. Disappointed to see the surfacing of more prima donnas and fewer team players. Last night’s show was lacking in a whole bunch of loyalty all around.

Loved it loved it. My 14 year old D adores Curt. Hmmm…do I see a *Will and Grace *situation in her future?
