<p>I logged on to our high school web site this morning, only to see “Vote For X”. It looks like we have 3 kids auditioning for the show and the more stars they get, the better their chances are of having someone actually review their two audition tapes.</p>
<p>I would love to see them get Josh Groban on the show!</p>

<p>Loved last night’s episode for many of the same reasons already stated here. </p>
<p>No offense, but I wish they weren’t doing the contest thing to get on the show. It brings a sort of reality show element to the show and don’t we have enough of that?</p>
<p>Also loved last night’s show. The music/storyline were good and Sue’s one liners always crack me up.</p>
<p>That’s right. Josh Groban had a cameo as a talent-show judge when the boys/men did their “I Wanna Sex You Up” number as Acafella. The old music teacher had been brought back as part of the group because he supposedly had an in with Groban, but it turned out that he had been stalking Groban, and Groban had a protective order against him. I think that’s when they first roped Puck into the group.</p>

<p>Our newspaper had an article today all about how to dress like Glee characters.</p>

<p>So who watched last nights episode… anyway the blonde cheerleader is killing me! With all her lines and the deadpan delivery. And on the previews for next week, it shows her and Curt making out and his father walks in on them, says “use protection” and she says “does he mean like a burglar alarm?”</p>

<p>Some hot guys on that episode. If Mr. Shu had been my teacher and had danced around like that, I’d have been obsessed. And Puck is seriously attractive.</p>

<p>What’s the theme on Glee next week?</p>
<p>Just add another 5-10 minutes to Glee under the options menu from your recording menu. Then you won’t miss the end. But, I have been watching it on Fox on the web the next day without any issues since I have been traveling without TiVo.</p>
<p>Getting a little tired of the “themes”. I tend to favor the Broadway guests (Chenowith,Menzel,etc.) over the pop stars, but I would like to see more emphasis on the regular cast.</p>

<p>Did anyone see that whole mother daughter thing coming? Their performance was amazing and they certainly cast look alikes didnt they? I was thrilled to finally hear Menzel sing…</p>
<p>Last night was awesome, it was nice to see more of a storyline than going from one song to another. Neil Patrick Harris can sing show tunes for me anytime. Was blindsided by the mother daughter thing. It’s going to get hotter, can’t wait for next week.</p>

<p>Anyone who knows theatre has been discussing this for months, ever since it was announced that Idina would appear on the show. 
Their looks have always been compared, although truly I don’t see as strong a resemblance as many do. Idina was hired for her name in theatre and her great voice, though. It’s just a bonus that their look is similar. Even with the crazy age allowances for TV, Idina is nowhere near old enough to be Lea’s mom, unless, of course, they explain that with a very young teen mom scenario. Although, I have to remember that this is Glee and nothing much about the show makes logical sense. :)</p>

<p>Didn’t see it coming, but Ds and I have beem talking about the resemblance since the beginning (even before IM was on the show.) Idina Mezel will be 39 in a few days. If Rachel is supposed to be 16, that would have made Idina 22-23 when she had her which is perfect since she said she used the money to finance a year in NYC…that would have put her just out of college and wondering what to do.</p>
