Way to go, SCOTUS!

I’m proud to be an American today.

So happy!!!

My FB newsfeed is all rainbows and hearts!

Isn’t it beautiful, @garland?

Indeed!

This is such great news. I have friends whose lives will be directly impacted by this ruling and I am so thrilled for them, and everyone else who needed this decision to happen.

Proud of our process…

Jim Obergefell’s statement was so classy and touching.

I am proud of being an American too.

The last few days have been incredible. Incredible!

It’s about time. Thank you Justice Kennedy for understanding the importance and fairness of this decision.

Confederate flag has fallen, Obamacare will stay, and all people can now marry whom they want. GREAT week!!!

Watch this video and weep at what marriage can mean:

Wow! Good news!

YEAH!!!

You weren’t kidding when you said the NYTimes video was a tearjerker, @AttorneyMother.

“Disparate impact” has been used in multiple other rulings, e.g., age discrimination, in appellate rulings for a couple of decades.

The Pandora’s box from this Court was the Hobby Lobby case, which pierced the corporate veil in an unprecedented way.

I told my dog that her “Uncle” (my best friend) and millions of others could finally get married just like mommy and daddy. She rolled over on her back to demand belly rubs.

I wish the world was run by dogs. It would be such a nice world.

^^ It’s the mandatory butt sniffing part that I’m not so crazy about.

Momentous social week in the USA!

Wouldn’t that be great if we were more like dogs? And so funny: you meet someone you think is amazing and beautiful, but you know you’ve got to play it cool. And you’d pull it off, too, if it weren’t for that danged wagging tail.
