Hello, I want to major in Business administration and information systems management. I got accepted to U of M not the Ann arbor one but the one in Dearborn and also got into Wayne state university which one you think is better.

Wrong section, but I’d go to Wayne State because it has more prestige.
But this also heavily depends on finances.
in Wayne state I got everything paid for with grants, but U of M I only got 6,000 a year
Then: wayne state, no hesitation. In addition you must be in the Honors college, which comes with nice perks and will make your life as a student better 
Congratulations, a full scholarship is really hard to get
Look at the renewal conditions and do everything in your power to meet those. Go to office hours the first week, with outlined parts of your lecture notes to ask questions (and introduce yourself before the throngs appear); at the beginning of the term, look at your syllabi and book a tutor at the writing center for three days before each paper is due, so that you turn the absolute best paper each time. Be aware of all th resourced and avail yourself if those.

go to Dearborn, get straight As to transfer to the Ann Arbor campus.
