Is Wayne State’s program only open to Michigan residents?

its open to OOS but most of the spots go to Michigan residents

yea. there are two rounds, one to reduce it to 30, and then another to pick the final 10-12 or whatever it is.

mich residents get an advantage, but it’s not like OOSers can’t get in.
