<p>Awwww, have some sympathy… just imagine poor DadInNeb opening his mailbox and feeling the rush of excitement when he caught a glimpse of the “USC” logo… only to be faced with the harsh reality of the fact that the hoped-for acceptance will have to be paid for by someone!</p>
<p>P.S. - if anyone is wondering, reminders about financial aid and requests for financial aid applications do NOT have any predictive value in terms of acceptance/rejection.</p>

<p>The day I got my acceptance, I also got some FinAid stuff, and I remember being really frustrated when I saw the envelope from the FA office (which I saw first). </p>
