<p>I was looking around at programs offered at my local cc and noticed an AAS degree called ‘Web Technology’ has anyone heard of this before? I assume its geared towards web design and I saw that many of the courses mention coding (which is a plus as its what i’m looking for) but I was just wondering if anyone could tell me more about this degree/had any experience with it</p>
<p>My reason for asking is I was planning on getting an AAS in Computer Programming but the local CC does not offer a Computer Programming major, though many of the Web Technology courses sound similar to Programming courses (one of them is an Intro to Programming class) but there is a cc about an hour from me that offers the Computer Programming AAS so i’m trying to decide if Web Technology is worth it, or if I should just make the drive for programming.</p>
