<p>Hello, I’m having trouble creating my account on webgrants. I am stuck on the page with filling in the user ID, the password, and the 3 questions.</p>
<p>These are the directions:
-Your User ID must be unique within the system, please be creative when choosing one.<br>
-The password must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, a number, and be 6 - 16 characters in length.<br>
-Your password may be alpha, numeric, or a combination of both. Spaces and special characters, such as “&”, “-”, etc. are not permitted. </p>
<p>I have followed these exact directions, yet, I am getting an error. I have tried multiple times. Has anyone experienced the same situation? By the way, the error says -
“Application error: Error Reference Number (168153)”</p>
