I know there’s a dream thread, but I had this really strange dream, and I can’t get it off my mind, so if anyone knows or thinks they know anything, please tell me so here it is:
(prior to school starting)
It’s the first day of school and my 1st period class is ap english. My teacher tells us we need to pick the seats we want for the entire year. I’m sitting in front of a former crush and he pulls my desk to the side of him. He then suddenly turns into this other guy who I barely know, and my old crush magically appears on the other side of the room. Then my teacher passes out our text for the year. It’s a book that is filled with lessons you learn in college through stories told by students. Our assignment for the night is to read 7 of these lessons. I suddenly realize as the bell is ringing that I don’t have my schedule, so I go down to the office. The secretary says, “It’s april we don’t have the schedules out yet.” I tell her it’s my dream and she has to do what I say, and she’s like Oh Yeah I get it and she prints out my schedule. It’s white with all the classes on a red background in black letters. I notice I have ten classes, and the ones I notice are ap english literature, middle english, old english, and american sign language. My 2nd period class is middle english, but I really have to use the bathroom so I decide to skip the class. I go to the bathroom and all the stalls are painted red (verse the blue they actually are). I look in the first stall and it’s a handicapped stall so I check out the next one. It has a load of crap in it so I head to the third stall. It has a sign that warns that inside that stall is hazardous waste that could kill us if we enter, so I go to the fourth stall, another handicapped stall. Inside the stall are three toilets. One is the typical handicapped toilet, one is a urinal hanging on the wall close to the first toilet. The third toilet is hanging on the opposite wall from the reg. toilet. It’s just the bowl and lid of the toilet, not the part where you flush, but just the physical part where your butt goes, but it didn’t attach on the bottom to anything, it was hanging really high on the wall, and I start to freak out because of the hanging toilet bowl, so I decide I don’t have to use the bathroom so badly anymore, so I leave the bathroom and wake up.

Your dream means that in three days Pharoah will forgive you and release you from prison.

No, I’m just joking, sorry for alluding to the Bible like that.

Um… I don’t know if you’re asking in the right place, but I’ve had completely random dreams before, and I don’t think they meant anything.

well i do all the time, but this one just seems different. :p

maybe the dream just meant that you needed to use the bathroom. I once had a dream that I was running around looking for a bathroom and couldn’t find one, and when I woke up, I ran straight to the bathroom.

haha. your dream was kind of funny to read. it’d say it’s just a random dream. i don’t think dreams mean anything. i mean it might be your subconscience (i totally spelled that wrong), but i don’t think dreams actually mean anything, other than you have random thoughts.

i don’t think they MEAN something, but I think they are our subconcious talking. I’m just trying to figure out what mine was saying :p

I wish I could really help you with your dream, but I do think it does have something to do with your subconscience telling you somethimg, there it kind of would have a meaning to yourself. I could go and look in my dream book(it describes objects that could mean symbols and meanings dreams). No one can truly interpret a dream, so if you want me to go and look into it for you, I would just take it as a grain of salt.

Sure I’d really like that. I didn’t post this as a serious thing, just thought it was hilarious/interesting :)

i just dreamt of something really weird today. hope you don’t mind me stealing your thread, celebrian :D

i was in school. today was exam day, so i went through my normal route (which in reality is a route i never know at all) to my classroom. on my way to class, a teacher appeared in front of me and told me that “you won’t get into any colleges.” i got angry with her, but i kept walking. there’s this corridor that leads to the ‘vault’ where they keep all the exam papers. the vault was open (which in reality NEVER is open) and there were some bottles with kerosene in it.

next thing what i did was funny. i took out a device from my pocket, and pressed some buttons to ‘save’ my situation (like how you save a game so you load back if soemthing goes wrong). then i lobbed two grenades into one of the drums of oil, then i ran back and hid underneath a table. The whole room exploded and the entire building was on fire (though the room and the table where i was is unscathed) and suddenly there’s a team of counter-terrorists looking for me. I stayed hidden under the table. but i got caught.

next thing i know, i was in the police station. they said i will be charged in court for terrorism, possibly 2 years. i kept thinking about how i am going to spend 2 years in prison. i took out my device and tried to ‘load’ back the scene i was before the explosion, but it didn’t work. i kept crying because i know that it’s ‘not a dream’. i kept telling myself ‘how i wish this is a dream’ in my dream (i hope that made sense). i took out a college application paper, and under the question “Have you ever be suspended, charged in court for criminal activites…?” there was a mark under “no”. in front of my eyes the mark faded out and another mark appeared under “yes”. i freaked out, then i woke up. i was drenched with sweat. and my pillow were at the other end of my room.

celebrian25…work that up as a college essay …maybe using the theme “achieving my dream”… try it out on univ of chicago…home of the Quirky essay…I think you might have a winner!!
…but be consice, watch the grammar, check the tenses yada yada…

I’m hijacking too! This is a dream I had in Freshman year:

I was in the school gym during P.E. One of my old friends was there, and suddenly there was this big commotion and word got around that we were married. That was news to me, but I went along with it. So we zapped into a broken down old apartment and we’re moving a cabinet in…

Then I’m at school, and I’m invisible. I’m walking through the halls, and run into my friends, and I try to say “hi” but they just look through me with these scary blank eyes (I just know there are hidden insecurities there). So I walk down the stairs to math class, but somehow I’m going up because it’s on the second floor (don’t ask how that works), and I sit down in the front row. My teacher puts up the notes on the overhead and starts lecturing in Japanese (I don’t speak Japanese). So I’m trying to follow and write down everything, but it’s a big chart and I keep running out of paper, and I can’t seem to put down the right formula so I take out my eraser but it disappears every time my hand comes near it. So I’m like, “No!!! Harvard won’t take me if I don’t get these notes!!!” And then I woke up.
