There’s this guy who’s supposedly a really good swimmer at my school. However, I have yet to see any hint of muscle definition on him.

Lol. Just causally ask him to remove all articles of clothing one day ;)

A lot of swimmers I know are chubby - blubber floats better?

Emma Watson

What about her?

Lol. Chub. I find that word so hilarious.

does anyone find short guys attractive? I’m 5’7 and my confidence is crushed. I’m seriously considering leg lengthening surgery. [S&M: Short and Male - Leg Lengthening - YouTube](<a href=“- YouTube”>- YouTube)

You’re not even that short, trust me. And even if you are really short- who cares? The most superficial people aren’t the best.

yeah, but whenever I see women list traits they like, tall always comes up. Men on the other hand aren’t as superficial. Can anyone explain why this is the case?

look, if you have confidence, everything should be fine.

“Men aren’t as superficial”. Jokes.

^you might be right but most women can be attractive if they keep themselves in decent shape. For men it’s more off a cut off thing, if a man is over 5’10 then he’s attractive. If he’s short he’s automatically unattractive.

Edit: This quote sums it up best. “The results clearly indicated that the female subjects had strong and consistently negative attitudes regarding men of short height. On the other hand, men of average height and men of tall height were seen in consistently positive terms. The female subjects found men of short height to be more immature, inhibited, negative, insecure, conforming, feminine, passive, incomplete, pessimistic, withdrawn; and less successful and capable than either their average or taller male counterparts.” – “Stature and Stigma: The Biopsychosocial Development of Short Males”. Looks like I’ll be foreveralone alone for forever for something I have literally no control over. Also, before you compare my situation to women who are overweight, please keep in mind that people can lose weight, but no one can grow taller after puberty is complete.

Cheer up rd! Those who mind don’t matter and those who don’t mind matter. (to butcher a quote).

I think it was “those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”

Although there was another quote that went,
“What is matter? Nevermind. What is mind? No matter.”

Haha…

@rd2012: Honestly right now I wouldn’t really consider dating a guy taller than 5’7". I’m like 5’4.5-ish and any taller would just be too tall for me. Also practically everyone has been taller than me. Especially those in my family (my dad is 6’7" and my grandfather is 6’3"). I mean come on do you really want that much of a height difference between you and your (for lack of a better word) significant other. I wouldn’t. I honestly would want to be as close as possible ;)

I’d be really scared to have my legs lengthened. Too big of a risk.

Also if you’re really cute (or you have a nice personality, like me) eventually you’ll find someone who will get to know you so well that they could care less. I know this super cute guy who’s your height and I honestly think he is beyond Perf.

“The people that mind don’t matterrrr and the people that matter don’t mind.” A Song About Acne by Charlie McDonnell.<a href=“- YouTube”>- YouTube;

I mean this song is actually talking about acne… but you can apply it to yourself c:

i like girls who have long hair and short nails and are caucasian(just a preference). i’m not really into the “nerdy” types

Short nails? Haha, so if the girl had long nails you wouldn’t like her?

Well, she can always cut them off. Let’s hope she didn’t get gel tips/acrylic or was growing them out.

^ You know too much about nails to be a man.

Edit: Oh wait, you’re not. Makes perfect sense.

Man-icure, haha

Foreign guys=SMEXY! (UK especially)
