I know NSO is not optional but what’s the difference and is Welcome Week mandatory?
NSO happens further from when the semester starts – mostly earlier in the summer. You attend informational seminars and schedule classes.
Welcome Week is right before and during the first week of the semester, when many events are going on. Some may be required for new students but others are optional.
