Well Formatted Chance(I chance back)

-Unweighted GPA:
3.47(Will be ~3.7 after 1st/2nd quarter of senior year)
I had a crappy sophmore/freshman year but senior year will be straight A’s. I had straight A’s for junior year.

GT/AP Classes:

GT geometry
GT Biology
GT Precalc
GT Principles of Accounting
GT Physics
AP Calc AB - 4 on the exam
AP Economics
AP Calc BC
AP Computer sciences
GT C++ Programming

4 AP classes/5 GT classes/7 honors classes

Class rank/size:
Top 25% of 200 people

SAT scores:
540 CR, 570 Writing(doesn’t matter for college park), 670 Math
Total: 1780

Taking the SAT again in november, my scores for reading will hopefully go up around 100 points. Math will go up ~50 points

EC:
Varsity tennis in 9th grade and played tennis for 8 years
Worked at my dad’s pharmacy/medical supply since 8th grade over the summer
Future business leader of america member for 9-12
Worked on my school’s website

1) University of Maryland College Park(top choice)
2) University of Delaware
3) American University

Be harsh, tell me what you honestly think of my chances for these schools. Also tell me what me what will improve my chances the most to get into these schools. If my SAT score in math + CR goes up by 50-100 points do you think I’ll have a very solid chance?

Thanks in advance :)

If your ECs were a little stronger that would help too. If you are in-state, UM would be in (assuming that SAT score raise-- which would help a lot). I don’t know about Delaware, and American might be a low reach.

Also, I don’t know what GT stands for.

GT is worth the same as an ap class at my school. Only difference is the ap test.

um…if your from MD, your in…otherwise it is a general middle for you.
Deleware is likely if you do raise SATs.
american you must raise SATs for.

Thanks for the feedback. Bump

bump10chars

bump, don’t be afraid to be mean, I just want responses

Probably in at MD/Delaware if you’re in state, not sure about American. OOS probably a tiny reach
