<p>WHAT DO YA THINK ?!</p>

<li>Should a wealthier nation provide aid to a poorer country? If so, how much should a wealthier nation give? At least 70% of the world’s countries suffer from lots of catastrophes which, most probably are deadly ones, ones that lead to calamities, a voluminous toll of dead people . Disasters normally happen to poor countries, rich countries are usually able to recuperate rapidly, and that is because the abundance of money, success of business, etc… But what about poor countries which suffer lots of diseases and won’t be able to recuperate, isn’t it our duty towards them, to offer aids and salvages, instead of pretending that we are deaf. Of course, a human have a right on his human brother. And it is poorer countries’ right, to get every aid, richer ones can give in order to help them in their deadlock. Surely wealthier nations should provide money and help to those in need, but, that doesn’t mean that any country that is suffering, poverty; because of its citizens’ dormancy, that lead to unemployment or because it is ruled by a tyrannical government! In this way thrift would be terribly ruined!! Rich countries are supposed to give countries, that are literally poor, those affected by a tremendous disaster, those with a really bulk death toll. Take for an example, the flood that affected Pakistan, in this August, the flood raised the death to 1430. I agree with the action that the U.S. took along with other donators, where they did donate lots of money but slowly, certainly, you will observe them as sadistic people, but, as a matter of fact, they are so right, voluminous amounts weren’t given continuously for several reasons; one of which is really true, and that is the tyrannical government that the country have, for instead of giving the money to those afflicted by the flood, waifs, orphans, etc… Another reason, is that it is full of law breakers and can easily get the financial support for them, of course, Pakistan wasn’t able to sustain itself, because it had been giving away lots of money for fighting Taliban and other political reasons. To sum up, poor countries have rights on richer ones, but before stretching out the arm of help, look out for them being really poor ones or are they feigning it, ask this question, “ Are they literally poor or not?!!”</li>

<p>I maybe wrong, but talking about countries seems to me like something that would require some prior knowledge. If it was about a wealthy person giving cash to a poorer person, that you could have called general.</p>
