April 1st has come and gone. College admission decisions are basically over for the class of 2010. And guess what…? We got through it and we’re all still alive. How do ya’ll feel? Does anyone else just think that senior year is truly over now? What are ya’ll still worried about?

College is just the beginning of your lives. Make the most of it :)

Haha, don’t slack off too much. Finish off strong =D

^ That’s a tad difficult, seeing as I already have a severe case of senioritis. I’m currently calculating how high my grades have to remain before I get kicked out. C:

Okay, I kid. I think my inner Asian will not allow my grades to drop drastically.

I have 3 89s at the moment… I have senioritis, but I also have FEAR of adcom reprisal.
I feel almost… a little let down. It’s just hard to believe that it’s over.

I made it through my senior year (which finished last week - well, I have 3 assignments remaining) with a 92 - actually one of my better GPAs. I’m quite satisfied. I fought senoritis by completing my senior year ASAP - although that’s sadly not an option for you traditional schoolers! Now I can enjoy my love of learning - without grades - in my OCW courses.

are u homeschooled or online?

I go to a distance-learning high school. Or went, I should say!

It is not over for me yet. I got waitlisted to five schools, one of which is Stanford (my top choice). I will work hard to get off that list. :)
