<p>Think of it this way: this is national t.v… They needed a college with instant name-recognition in order for the punchline to be funny. And, the audience reaction was interesting; there was a little pause as if they were saying, “What did he say?” and then almost a cheer went up as they <em>got</em> it. It might have worked with Tufts, or Middlebury or Bowdoin, too. But, then again, why should the writers take chances on a lesser known school? :D</p>
