Hi all,

I was accepted into Wharton ED, but I’m more scared of the rigor of the courses there than relieved that I got in. How IS the curve? Is there a grade de/inflation? While I am really looking forward to the opportunities there, I am also concerned about the GPA because I am planning to apply to a law school (the plan might change, but in case I do follow through…)

Also, I realized the only math classes required at Wharton are 2 semesters of STATS and 1 semester of CALCULUS. With 5’s in both STATS and CALC, I probably won’t be taking those classes, but why is everyone emphasizing the necessity of developed math skills–considering there will only be one math class required for people like me? Is it that the math skills required in ECON classes are that amazingly hard?

Sorry for the paragraph long questions. Hope these are some questions for others as well.!
