<p>Can you apply to Penn CAS and then try to get in to Wharton later or IS THE ONLY TIME YOU CAN GET INTO WHARTON IS WHEN YOU APPLY TO BE A FRESHMAN?</p>

<p>You apply directly as a freshmen. </p>

<p>You can get into CAS as a freshmen and then apply into Wharton following your first year (It’s tough, but it’s possible).</p>
