Anyone have any color as to how competitive this program is? I’m barely about to graduate undergrad, but wanted to start getting a sense of grad school, out of curiosity.
Additionally, any idea if wharton has some inclination towards accepting penn undergrads (nonwharton)?

Wharton and Competitive go hand in hand. You’re going to need Top Grades to garner consideration. Admissions offices aren’t nearly as bad as HR departments, but this is Wharton we’re talking about.

Did anyone notice the OP didn’t capitalize Wharton? Wharton is somebody’s name, it’s highly disrespectful to not be capitalizing it. Maybe the OP thinks he’s too good for Wharton?

the op goes to penn, who cares if he doesn’t capitalize wharton

historically penn overall has a slight tradition of favoring its own undergrads for most graduate programs, but probably no significant difference for wharton

but as lauder is a specialized form of the wharton mba, it’s probably somewhat more competitive than mba admissions alone (though self-selective, akin to huntsman)

you could always walk into the lauder offices, introduce yourself, and hear from the staff themselves

yeah, I was def thinking about going over and getting some info in person during the upcoming fall. thanks for the info

i know, i suck at capitalizing haha :P
