<p>Applications for the 2008-2009 School Year are already out, for pretty much all the colleges.</p>
<p>I assume you are referring to the 2009-2010 School Year Applications. I believe Stanford’s comes out in May.</p>
<p>For 2009-2010 usually comes out around the ending of summer time -Mid August with the exception of a few colleges which might release their applications earlier.</p>

<p>Yes but remember not every colleges uses it. I know for a fact Columbia doesn’t and they released their application right after the commonapp.</p>
