I know that Ivy League schools and other top-tier colleges want to see a person have some type of leadership. I am currently Varsity Cross Country Co Captain and Wrestling Varsity Captain. Is this good enough in terms of leadership? Both of these activities require an extensive amount of time in order to succeed.

There isn’t really “good enough.” There isn’t some quota for leadership you need to meet. You just have to prove you can lead, and the more demonstrations of leadership, the better. Yours are nice, but it would be nice to show some leadership outside of sports as well. Given the nature of sports, captains often don’t carry many responsibilities at all.

For the record, I’d stretch the truth and report “Captain” for Cross Country if I was you. ;)

yes. no one can say whether it’s “good enough” although generally I would think those are very nice positions and EC’s. just as long as you’re doing what you can
good luck!
