As a student you can only take out the following amounts: Freshman year-$5500, Sophomore year- $6500, Junior and Senior year- $7500. The rest will have to be Parent plus loans taken out by your parents or merit aid. Not my business, but why are your parents unwilling to contribute to your college costs? As a parent, I find it hard to understand why any individual that brings kids into this world and has the means to help with their education are unwilling to provide for them.
