what are meh chances

<p>Uh… what would my chances be at basically any colleges you guys would suggest? My stats would be like this… pretty dang horrible, paid no attention til senior year :(</p>

Im looking to have a major in computer science or something like that and a minor in Russian language or Arabic…if possible? …and looking for a D1 or at least a D2 college…</p>

<p>I think you would have to raise that gpa and score atleast 200 points higher and then you could get into some state colleges.</p>

<p>Try looking at 4-year colleges that are in the US News tier 3 and below. Also check out community colleges.</p>

<p>I doubt that you’ll be able to major in Arabic or Russian because such colleges tend not to have such difficult courses that don’t attract many students. However, if you do well at such a college, you could transfer to a college with more extensive offerings.</p>

<p>If you are first generation college, come from a very low income background or are in a very underrepresented minority group, you may be able to get into a higher ranked college now. You’d have to come in under a special program such as Upward Bound, which would offer special support services and remedial services for you. It may be that some local colleges have such programs. Ask your guidance counselor.</p>
