Your parents aren’t going to school. You are. So I’d nix Cornell unless you want to be there.

I’ll second @tsbna44 here. Your parents shouldn’t be picking your ED school for you. It’s great to get advice on your college list from parents and counselors, but only apply to a school ED if it’s truly where YOU want to go.
