<p>I’m from Queens, NY, and I’ll be graduating from high school in 2012. I would like to know if it would be a good idea to start off college in the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and transfer to Baruch College in Manhattan after 1 or 2 years. I just want to get away from home for a bit, but not for too long. I’ve taken one summer college now course at Baruch. My GPA in High School is 87% at the moment. With all of that said, what are my chances at being able to transfer to Baruch? Will it be a lot more difficult as opposed to applying there straight out of high school?</p>
