The acceptance rates for the schools that you listed are as follows:

Stanford: 5%
Duke: 13%
UC Berkeley: 17%
UCLA: 18%

Having said that, everything on your application looks fine except for your test scores. That ACT score puts Stanford and Duke out of the question, while giving Berkeley and UCLA a 50-50 chance. Bring up that test score and bring up your chances for admission to all of these schools. Good luck!
