What are my chances at getting in and paying less than 10 k tuition?

So if you can look at my profile, which I’m not really sure if you can,

I have a 3.96 unweighted GPA and a 4.7 weighted GPA.

I got a 2180 in my initial SAT testing and a 1980 in my most recent.

I’ve taken the ACT once and got a 31 in math a 30 in reading a 28 in writing and a 12 on the essay with a 25 on science.

I am planning to take it once more and I haven’t taken my SAT II’s yet however.

I got a 4 on my AP US test if that matters and I’ve had almost straight A’s for all of high school. I go to a top competitive high school in Chicago that is recognized nationally as Michelle Obama’s.

I do a variety of extracurricular activities and have been recognized on a city and state level for debate and business competitions. I ran a club that found ways to contribute for charity for a year and have been on the fundraising committee of a service club. I am currently working at a movie theater and law firm as a legal assistant also for the past year.

I’ve volunteered at a cafe for the homeless for a year and am planning to spend a few months working with orphans at the mercy home. I am from a lower income 4 member family that makes approximately 28k per year with one child already in college.

My top 10 schools are:

University of Notre Dame
Carnegie Mellon
Boston University
UC Berkley
Georgetown
U Michigan - Ann Arbor
UW Madison
USC
George Washington U
UIC
UIUC

What are my chances at being able to attend and pay less than 10k a year with the way budget cuts are looking next year? I think most of them are needblind with the exceptions of the public U’s.

And all my classes have been honors levels and I’ve had one AP. I’m taking 3 AP’s next year and two honors. My Ap’s taken will be AP US History, AP Macroexonomics, AP Psychology, and AP Calculus AB. I think I’ll be in the top 5% of my class of maybe 300 or so people and I can get really good letters of rec. I expect to get at least 4’s on the exam. I’m getting pretty much freaking out that I won’t get into anywhere so I’m thinking UIC. If you could chance me that’d really help. THANKS!

Also, I am an Asian female and I want to enter the business school/program at each of these institutions.

Those are all very expensive schools, although that doesn’t mean you can’t get financial aid. Just apply to them all, and worry about the costs when you get into the schools and get an award package.
