<p>Hi, I’d like to know if UM requires mid year reports if I had applied for EA ?</p>

Legacy: Yes and my mother works at the UM hospital</p>

<p>Unweighted: 3.78
Weighted: 5.6
All my classes are AP/ College classes this year</p>

<p>SAT: 1880 (630,580,670)
ACT: 27</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
Choir, Ladies Ensemble, Varsity Soccer, NHS, NEHS, SAAD, Yearbook, Earth Club, FEA,Tigerettes Dance Team, Model UN, SGA, Brain Bowl</p>

<p>I have 816 hours of community service from my local hospital</p>

<p>Awards and Recognition:
Deans List, POSSE scholar, National Society of High school scholars, Best Duet acting for the state, MVP Soccer </p>

<p>Leadership positions:
Model UN secretary
Young R/D VP
MH Teen and College Auxillary secretary
Student Government secretary</p>

<p>*I am in a dual enrollment school, which means that I take college course. After senior year I will have 60 credit hours–meaning that I will have an AA. My college gpa is a 3.84</p>

<p>Your SAT/ACT is a bit low. What school are you applying for? And what were your essay topics?</p>

<p>& I believe you hear back from NYU Feb 15, meaning it’s before the deadline for mid-year reports, so you really shouldn’t need to. I called the office of undergrad admissions and they said that for ED students you don’t need to send one unless they specifically request it.</p>

<p>& Yay for dual enrollment schools, me too! I actually want to ask you something, since we’re in the same boat: are you going to submit your credits to be counted? Mine weren’t so good gradewise (took a science class out of my league and a few winter session online classes), and I see you must have gotten a few B’s too. I’m worried that they might count towards my NYU GPA.</p>

<p>Well yes, If you’d like send them but once your at NYU your grade point average is erased!</p>
