What Are My Chances at Texas Schools?

My residency is confusing. I live in CT, but will be considered a TX resident because of all the loopholes.

Here are my stats:

GPA: 3.2/4.0 (uw)
Rank: 30/595 (A really bad High School)
SAT: 540 Verbal 570 Math

Schedule consists of mostly Honors and AP Courses

Have average amount of leadership and extra-curriculars
ex. FBLA-Secretary
Interact-Committee Chair and former President at old school
Baseball-all four years
Wrestling-2 years
Not much Community Service approx. 40-50

Limited in Activities because of constant moving due to military obligations.
Dad was in Iraq for a year.

Essays are decent
I only went about getting one very good recommendation.

Anything Else?

I applied to:
University of Houston(Accepted)
University of Texas at Austin(First Choice)
Texas A&M(Maybe a little to Conservative? But is a good school)
Texas Tech

Thank You Very Much

top 10%, you are in everyone of them.

I don’t know if the top 10% rule will apply to me because I will not be graduating in a Texas High School.

If it doesn’t, UT - Austin is definitely a reach. You’re in at TT. I wouldn’t recommend A&M to anyone. I hate that school.

I live in TX, the top 10% rule only applies in TX HS’s
