What are my chances at the UCs??

I’m Sikh a type of Indian from Asia that is not common. Only 2 others go to my school and one of them is my sister. Also, I would be a first generation college student, lol maybe because I’m a first generation American.

my parents really want me to go to uc davis and that would be ok with me, im just wondering what UCs i do have a good chance of getting into, including davis, i think cal or ucla would be a pretty long reach. I want to become a lawyer, so I’ll most likely major in political sci.

I think my SAT IIs will be high, especially in history, ACTs will be a little above average and SATS will be around average

i know it’s hard without my test scores but can you guys give me any advice on what i should do next year to increase my chances?

I don’t know the UCs that well.
However, I do know that they do not discriminate against asians like most other schools. This might give you a boost.

Assuming you are a California resident,
UCB/UCLA: Slight Reach
UCSD: Match
UCI/UCSB/UCD: Safe Match
UCSC/UCR/UCM: Safety

If you get ELC status, about 50% of those applicants get in to Berkeley or UCLA. You look very solid for UCD assuming your test scores are ok.
