The fact that you’re a URM (with impressive academic and extracurricular accomplishments to boot) means that you have very, very good chances at Wharton and all the other schools on your list.

I’d say you probably will get into Wharton, as long as your scores in standardized tests relating to math are high enough.

nice resume…you’re looking good

You are a URM. You will literally get into every school you apply to with that resume.

Hell, I would apply to Harvard.

As a URM with halfway decent test scores and good ECs, you have it made. Now, the rest of us, on the other hand…

Harvard doesn’t have an undergraduate business program. However, if Harvard had one I would apply.

wowwww
I was going to say definitly in without me seeing you being African American.
In a thousand times.
I would apply to HYP too.
Either way, Wharton is an amazing school and youre definitly in.

I don’t want to seem as if I am trying to make too much of an impression. Do you think my application might work against me?

NO.
Reach for the sky.

bumpbumpbumpbump

jesus. This is like the resume from heaven.

URM + good test scores + great EC = auto admit at First Choice.
IMHO, you should not ED because then you can keep your options open. Things may come up you never know.
Whether EA/ED, your gonna get into the school of your choice.

the two internships, 8 ap classes, and your crazy stocks skills will definitely be the biggest factors in getting you into wharton, so yea, you’re pretty much set…great job

I would apply ED only if you know you want to go to Wharton. As for your chances, I think that you have an amazing chance of getting admitted, especially if your business is at the level that you say it is (involvement in business is HUGE for undergrad b-school admissions).

Where you might also consider applying:

Stern at NYU
Ross at U of M
Marshall at USC (though it is not quite as good as the two previously mentioned)

As for your chances at UVa, Northwestern, and Cornell, I think you will likely make it into all three.

Best of luck!

Ya I think you have a great shot–apply ED in my opinion.

So, so jealous of that resume @.@
I’d do anything to get into Wharton.
Too bad I didn’t do much my first two years of high school. =(

bumpbumpbump

Please don’t look and not post.
