What are my chances? (Concerning NJ residency)

Hi,

My stats are posted below

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=383401

Although I live in NJ, I am on a temporary visa (H Visa). However we have applied for the greencard. Hence I have a valid extension of visa. But I haven’t got the greencard yet. On my application I have marked that I have applied for the greencard. When I called up Rutgers they said that they would consider me as being ‘out of state’. If they consider me as being a non-resident of NJ, what are my chances of getting into Rutgers?

I am asking this coz I know that NJ residents are given priority. I wanted to know if my stats are good enough to get in even I am considered a non-resident.

Thanks in advance.
