Your stats are sufficiently high to clear the threshold for admission. However, this is also true of thousands of applicants who are rejected every year. A great deal will depend upon your essays–upon, that is, the picture of yourself that you project in your writing.
Given your apparent interest in business, you might want to focus your efforts on Cornell and Penn, both of which have undergraduate business programs. Your success in the deca competition might carry more weight with them than with, for example, Brown.
As for probabilities, applying ED to Cornell would give you your strongest shot at winning admission to an Ivy. Whether or not that is practical for you (in terms both of finances and of “fit”) is, of course, another matter. Good luck!
