Hi everyone, (Landon please forgive me for posting here - i just really need feedback)
I’m also applying to Stern this fall (most likely ED), and I’m just wondering if you think that I stand a legitimate chance:

IB predicted: 39/42

Also submitting: SAT Math level 2 (I think I’ll get 750+), as well as the IELTS (don’t have the scores yet, but I think they’ll be competitive as well…)

I have had multiple leadership positions - I have also worked as an accountant at a young age - with a mentor, of course, I’ve had internships at recognized companies and I’ve won prizes for being the best entrepreneur etc
I’ve attended international conferences on topics of sustainability, but also leadership conferences where I one of the youngest participant in the history of the program.
I’m doing a gap year right now, working (as a writer and analyst) for a startup that is doing really great.

Moreover, financially speaking, I think I’m in a positive position. I don’t think I’ll need any significant support - I already have a scholarship for (almost) any US university of my choice.

Other extracurricular: Music and Yoga

And my coursework is difficult, I am in mainly honors classes such as Honors English,History, Financial Accounting,etc.

decent chance (ed will help), honors isn’t great, u need ap courses, i think leadership positions r vital, and GPA is pretty low, where are your sat subject tests?

I haven’t took them yet, however, I estimate that I will get 750 on math and 700+ on the other one, I only took AP COMP Sci sophomore year, but I got a 1 on the exam

Say I do end up with the scores I’m hoping, and I do attain leadership positions, there’s nothing I can do for GPA, but Stern avg. GPA for undergrads are 3.5. Is there a high chance i will get in? Will it be a match school, low reach?

I will be entering Junior Year in this fall, if I get straight A’s, achieve the SAT and ACT score, will I have a high chance? Freshmen year I nearly achieved Straight A’s and sophomore year I messed up, that’s why if I get straight A’s, my GPA will only be a 3.4 UW
