What Are My Chances for These Colleges??

What are my chances at, in order of most interest to least, these colleges…
Boston University
Rutgers NB (would not be opposed to other campuses)
Montclair State University
NYU
UCF
UCLA (I know there’s very little chance)
Cornell (Still, just curious about my actual chances, I know it is a long shot)
Harvard (Just for fun, if you don’t answer this one specifically I wouldn’t be surprised)

Academic Record and Course Rigor:
Current 4.03 GPA, expecting a 4.19 by the end of Junior Year.
Part of the school honor roll every marking period (so far) except one. Recently it has been high honor roll.
Selected into the school STEM program that takes 25 students per grade.
Two honors courses Freshman Year, because of a scheduling mishap I only had two.
Four honors courses Sophomore Year, I think this is maximum for honors courses.
Two honors courses Junior Year, and four dual enrollment/AP courses for my local community college.
Expecting to graduate magma cum laude with a 3.875 GPA from my local community college.

Standardized Testing:
1290 Junior Year PSAT, nothing life changing, but still a good score nonetheless, especially considering I didn’t study.
660 Math
630 CR/W
1350 SAT projection by the CollegeBoard, and I know that a projection isn’t relevant. With studying I will get this score.
(Expecting) 690 Math
(Expecting) 660 CR/W

Extracurriculars (I Think I’m Lacking):
Association Against Drugs And Alcohol (AADA): 9-10
SGA: 9-Present
Interact: 10-Present
Men’s Volleyball: 10-Present
School’s Morning News Anchor: 11-Present
Volunteering with a Religious Kid’s Club: 11-Present

Awards:
One of 100 or so winners in the National High School Poetry Contest, I also was published in an anthology collection.
First place in LEGO Mindstorms robot innovation, this was for a local robotics competition.
Men’s Volleyball Player of the Month for May 2017.
Men’s Volleyball Best Ace Percentage for the 2016-17 Season.

Thank you in advance!!!

most people i know improved a lot with psat to SAT (i went from 1390 to 1500… i know someone who was like 1470 and went up to a 36 act and another who got a 1310 and went up to a 33 act and another who went from 1510 to 1590)… if you really study you could probably get at least to a 1450, becoming a more competitive applicant

Where your scores are at now, I wouldn’t be sure about BU, NYU, or UCLA. Those would all be low reaches, possibly a high match. Also, whats your UW GPA out of a 4.0, and what does your school take GPAs out of? Rutgers seems pretty surefire though.

My school takes GPAs out of the weighted difficulty of your course. So an AP/Dual Enrollment course is worth 5, honors is worth 4.5, and regular is worth 4. My UW GPA is 3.56 because of a bad Sophomore Year. That will surely go up after this year though.

ya I went from a 1370 to a 1420 and finally a 1500
