What are my chances for UCLA or Berkley?

My first semester I recieved a 3.75. My second semester on the other hand I received a 3.5. It lowered my cumulative CPA drastically.
My current cumulative GPA is a 3.629
I have a lot of work experience on my plate such as tutoring, coaching at my local high school, and an internship at one of the biggest courthouses in the state.
I am part of the honors program at my school and do participate in extra-curricular activities such as Speech-and-Debate club and volunteer clubs.
For UCLA, I intend to apply as a Political Science major. For Berkeley, I intend to apply as a Rhetoric major.
The B’s I received were from careless mistakes.
I need reassurance.

Note:I never recieved any C’s. Only A’s and B’s.

What kind of GPA? CC or high school?

I go to a CC. - If I continue to get all A’s for the next 2 semesters I will have a 3.84
