<p>you could have more awards, but your GPA is great and your SAT is astounding. you’re a shoe-in for UCLA and everything else is a safety.</p>
<p>I strongly advise you to apply for Harvard and Yale. Your GPA is amazing (as luckyoleery said) and I think that UCLA is safety to slight-perfect-match.</p>

<p>Is this for CR/Math AND writing…or just for CR/Math. If it’s for all three, it is NOT an outstanding SAT score. If it’s for only CR/Math it’s great.</p>

<p>His SAT is OBVIOUSLY a combination of all three subjects since if it was only two, it couldn’t be above 1600 assuming he had 800s in both subjects.</p>
<p>I say you are in Riverside easily, about 50-50 for UCSB, and reach for UCLA.</p>

<p>Your GPA is good assuming it’s unweighted, but your SAT’s rule out the Ivies. You come across as sort of bland, but maybe a good essay could make that up. UCLA is a major reach, SB a match, UCR between match and safety.</p>
<p>I’m assuming on your app you’re going to be more specific about your extracurriculars. The ASPA award is great, but your others come off as support roles. Exactly how did you “Help Mock Trial Team win San Bernardino County Championship?” Why do you say no community service when you’re a member of Bottles for the Bay, which seems close enough? I think you should apply to another safety to hedge your bets.</p>
