What are my chances for UCs and other colleges?

I am an international student who came to the U.S my freshmen year of highschool(but I’ll soon get a green card so I don’t know if I can apply as international)
Junior in an academically rigorous private school in Texas (It’s not one of those super hard ones but it;s definitely WAY harder than most public schools)
I have 2060 sat which I’m planning to re-take and get over at least 2150
31 ACT which I’ll try to get 34
no TOEFL score
around 3.7 unweighted GPA
4.4 weighted GPA
I have been teaching Korean in Korean language school 4 hrs a week since I came here
played varsity soccer my freshman/sophomore year
I’m in spanish club which is one of few clubs my school has since my school’s very small (about 40 people per grade)
Other things that make me stand out is that I’m very fast in learning new languages and I have a lot of foreign experience (visited 15 countries, studied in 3 different countries)
I’m trying to major in business or communication but my math grades are way better than my english/ social studies ones :frowning:
ethnicity: Asian

My goal colleges are :
Boston college
UC Berkeley
UCLA
UC San Diego
UT Austin
and maybe Washington University

what are my chances right now and what will my chances be when I hit the SAT/ACT grades I’m trying to get?

Can you afford the cost of the UC’s as an OOS/International applicant at $55K/year? You have a good chance at UCSD, but UCLA/UCB will be more of a Reach. A higher ACT, will definitely put you in a better position for UCLA/UCB. Good Luck.
