Some other Information:-
I am from a very good school in New Delhi and I think I also have a legacy because my uncle attended UNC Chapel Hill.
I think essay, Letter of recommendation are good. I am not applying for Financial Aid and my major is Business Administration.

Do not mention the bin Laden topic on your college apps. It shows the debate team in a bad light, considering that terrorism existed before he was born.

Your stats are all fine, but UNCCH is not very forgiving on admitting non-NC students. It is a reach.

Public schools known for admitting lots of OOS students include UCLA, UIUC, UWi.

Hi! I did not mention the topic bin laden but I mentioned topics related to technology and terrorism. Could you suggest any more colleges which are like very good?

Also does being a legacy applicant help?

UNC OOS: reach

One more thing, Do indian applicants get accepted to UNC Chapel Hill OOS?
