Plan on writing essay about overcoming moving schools countless times during homelessness

And I plan on being a biomedical engineer major and I might even start a blog or something and if it becomes successful I might put it on my college app

And what specific things does USC look for in an applicant???

What’s your ethnicity?

Your ECs seem fantastic and you have plenty of leadership. Scores could be better but if you are an URM, it might not prove to be an issue.

If I were you I would just work on pulling up the SAT Subject scores a little and maybe even your actual SAT, a 2000 is good but improving it a little would still be better. You have a lot of extracurriculars which is good but UCs also look at how long you’ve been doing them, so if you just started doing everything it’s not going to be as good as if you have been doing them for a long time. Go to collegeboard.com, search your college, go to admissions, then go to SAT/ACT and you can see how your scores compare.

I am an african american female

Yeah my scores are about average to everyone else who got accepted and I have been doing all of my extracurriculars since either freshman or sophomore year except volunteering I only started volunteering at the library and homeless sheltor since sophomore year and the art museum and hospital since junior year because I had to be 16 for that
