I did an interview with Loomis and I think it went great. I am confident with interviews and I also think my essays are pretty competitive.

sorry with bad grammar i was rushing while listing these and i just wanna get a gist of how competitive i might appear to the schools; ofc I am planning to apply to other schools for safety

please be kind

Two important, but unknown, factors are: SSAT score and whether or not the applicant is in need of significant financial aid.

Clearly, you are a well-rounded applicant with a variety of interests that should make you a valued member of any boarding school community.

Among the schools on your list, Choate is the biggest in size, and usually accepts a few dozen 10th graders each year. Therefore, you just might get lucky with them––providing that you did well enough on your interview and your SSAT.

In terms of acceptance rate and candidate profile, Blair and NMH are likely similar. Loomis is a touch up, and almost as hard as DA. Choate will be the most challenging one given their focus on academics, especially if you are international.

Best of luck, and do keep us up on the acceptances after M10.
