What are my chances in getting into my top choices and what can I improve on?

I’m a sophomore in high school and I was wondering if you guys could read over my current application to college. My top three schools are Emory, Harvard, and UPenn. If you could decide if I could get into these schools, that’d be great. If not, what could I do to do so. I’m not 100 percent sure on what I plan on studying, but most likely Political Science to become a lawyer.
