Current junior here still have time for improvement/changes before college apps hopefully

My stats
GPA 4.62/4.00
SAT 2160
ACT 34 (will not send SAT score if I can)
SAT II:
Chemistry 780, Math level 2 800, U.S history 760

I’m an Asian so yes that’s why I made this thread because asians are harder to get in to good colleges

Extracurriculars
Secretary in Key Club
200+ volunteer hours as tutor, events, etc
and about 3-4 more items equally significant like making to nationals for future business leaders of America, treasurer in Red Cross club, etc

If I keep up, what are my chances for:

  1. The Ivy leagues (dream school MIT)
  2. The UCs like UC berkeley and UCLA

MIT isn’t an Ivy… But your chances at those schools are just about the same as all the other well qualified students, not high. But you’ve got as good a profile as you could want, so good luck.

EC’s are too bland for the IVy league, MIT is not an Ivy btw
