You have strong ECs - lots of community service always looks good. But do you have any standardized test scores - SAT, SAT subject tests, ACT? What’s your intended major? Which MSU? I can’t really say more.
Colleges will probably look past your Bs and Cs, seeing as you attended an extremely competitive school.

@LaikaDoodles I received at 1250/1600 on the SAT, and I am talking about Michigan State University

No clue if this will help but I applied in October to MSU and I was accepted about a month ago. I have a 3.95 gpa and 1250 on my sat but I am in state, hope this helps.
