Please also let me know if there are any schools you think I’d be a good fit for (seeing my credentials and my list of schools) that aren’t on my list
Thank you!!

-GPA is on a 4pt. scale.
-applying Early Action to UNC, UVa, UMD, Georgetown, will this help my chances?

Can your parents pay OOS tuition? If not, VTech, Clemson, TAMU, W&M are out of the running (although Clemson may offer some merit aid). If they can, look into UMichigan and the UC (Berkeley, UCLA, UC San Diego).
UMD-CP: you’re in; St Mary’s of Maryland (the State’s Honors College) is also a safety for you.
Georgetown is a match, as is UVA (although OOS may be tougher to judge but certainly within range); Duke, UNC-Ch, Penn are all unpredictable but you do stand a chance.
You should look into the colleges of the Claremont Consortium, Northwestern, Brown, Vanderbilt, Emory, USC, Brandeis, URochester, URichmond.

Duke: low reach
UNC Chapel Hill: high match/low reach
Georgetown: reach
UPenn: reach
UVa: high match
William & Mary: match
Virginia Tech: safety
Clemson: low match
Texas A&M: safety
UMD College Park: low match

Duke: Reach
UNC-CH: Reach (OOS is about as hard as Duke)
Georgetown: Reach
UPenn: Reach
UVA: Match/High match
W&M: Match/High match
VA Tech: Safety
Clemson: Low match
Texas A&M: Low match
UMD: Safety
